Refund policy

At CRR, we create custom 3D-printed mobile cases and lifestyle accessories specifically for your order.

Returns/Replacements: We only accept returns or provide replacements if the item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product.

Timeframe: You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery at our official contact email with unboxing video/photos of the damage.

Refunds: Once approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. We do not accept returns for change of mind.
