Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with CRR! Here are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy:

Processing & Production Time: Since our 3D-printed mobile cases and accessories are custom-made, please allow 2 to 3 business days for production and packing before shipment.

Shipping Rates & Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery Timeframe: Once shipped, orders within Mumbai usually take 1 to 2 business days. For the rest of India, standard delivery takes 4 to 7 business days depending on your location.

Tracking Your Order: You will receive a shipment confirmation email or SMS containing your tracking number once your order has shipped.

Damages: If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately within 48 hours with proof (unboxing video/photos) so we can process a replacement.
